Job Role:
Officer – AO&CS (Airport Operations & Customer Services) / Officer – Security / Officer – AO&CS (Ramp)

Location:
PAN India

Job Responsibilities:

Terminal Services (AO&CS): Handling reservations, ticketing, check-in, baggage services, and customer assistance at departures and arrivals.

Security: Implementing company security protocols, conducting threat assessments, ensuring safety standards, and preventing theft or pilferage.

Ramp Operations: Coordinating ground handling, supervising baggage loading/unloading, monitoring ramp activities, ensuring smooth turnaround, and maintaining flight documentation.

Qualification:

Graduation is mandatory (Freshers eligible).

Candidates with aviation experience must submit prior employment documents and AEP surrender copy.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts.

Knowledge of safety and security protocols (preferred for experienced candidates).
